INGREDIENTS:

  • 42 dkg wholemeal spelled flour
  • 18 dkg plain white flour
  • 5 dkg of yeast
  • 0.5 dkg of salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon cooking oil or olive
  • 3 dl lukewarm water
  • 1 dl cream and water combo
  • Seeds if you want to include (chia, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.)

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Run up the yeast in a 1.5 d lukewarm sugar-cream-water combo.

2.) Add the oil and salt to the flour, followed by the yeast. Knead with 2-3 dl of lukewarm water, or as much as the flour absorbs, this can vary based on the flour.

3.) Then set aside to rest. Rise to double-size.

4.) After rising, divide into 14 equally small buns, grease with water before baking.

5.) Bake in a gas oven at 210 - 220 C for 15 - 20 minutes do not dry! After baking, smear with water.

6.) Once the buns have cooled, they can be stored in the freezer for a long time.
