INGREDIENTS:

  • 25 dkg gluten-free flour mix for bread
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 g gluten-free powder yeast
  • 2.3 dl of water
  • 1 tablespoon oil ​

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix the flour and salt in a bowl, add the yeast and mix it.
2.) Add the water, and finally the oil.
3.) Leave in a warm place for an hour.
4.) Divide into 4 parts and form a dumpling out of it.
4.) Place on a baking tray and rest for 10 minutes.
5.) Press down with your hands to become flat and let it rest again. This time for 15 minutes.
6.) Finally, bake it at 180 ° C for approx.  20-25 minutes.​
