Meatloaf With Beets And Tuna

INGREDIENTS:
- 35 dkg minced meat (pork thighs)
- 1 large head onion
- 2 (15 dkg) smaller beets
- 1-2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 canned (80 g / pc.) tuna canned in oil
- 2 medium-sized (M) eggs
- Basil
- Red pepper
- 1.5 tablespoons plantain seed peel
PREPARATION:
1.) Peel the onions and beets, then “grind” them into a shredder and put them in a bowl.
2.) Add one canned whole tuna with the oil too and remove the oil from the other canned tuna and add it.
3.) Add all the ingredients and mix well.
4.) We form scones from it on a baking tray.
5.) Bake at 180 ° C for approx. for 25-30 minutes in the oven.
