INGREDIENTS:

- Filling:
- 100 g of natural yogurt
- 100 g of natural cream cheese
- 30 g xylitol (sweetener)
- 100 g raspberries (frozen)
- 50 g cherries (frozen)
- 20 g of coconut shavings
PREPARATION:
1.) Weigh out the dry ingredients for the dough and mix.
2.) Add the diced room temperature butter and yogurt and start kneading.
3.) Let's form 4 pieces of the ball from it in a few minutes. and press the mass into the pie forms.
4.) Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for 5 minutes, pricking it slightly with a fork so that the middle does not bulge during cooking.
5.) Meanwhile, mix the ingredients of the filling. Let the fruits unfreeze, pour off the excess liquid from them, then work on the cream.
6.) Remove the dough from the oven, fill it with the cream, then put it back and bake for another 10 minutes.
7.) The top can be decorated with shreds of coconut and a few grains of fruit.
