Vegan Carbonara

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100 g of vegetable ham or sausage
  • 200 ml of vegetable cream
  • 1-2 teaspoon brewer's yeast flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Fry the “ham” or “sausage” without cooking oil.

2.) Add the vegetable cream, salt, and pepper.

3.) Sprinkle with the brewer's yeast flakes and mix well.

4.) Serve with pasta.
