Vegan Chocolate Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 75 g frozen raspberries
  • 30 ml of water
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 20 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 35 g of agave or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Prepare and weigh the ingredients.

2.) The frozen raspberries and water are placed in a shredder machine and chopped into getting a sorbet texture.

3.) Add the ripe avocado, agave, cocoa powder, lemon juice, vanilla extract and blend into a soft cream.

4.) Add it to pudding goblets or cups and decorate it.

5.) The most delicious is a fresh one, immediately after the preparation.
