Vegan Millet Porridge
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup millet
- 2.5 cups of vegetable milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sugar, maple, or agave syrup to taste
- Any fruit you love
PREPARATION:
1.) Weigh the millet and wash thoroughly underwater.
2.) Boil the milk with water
3.) Add the washed millet, and stir several times and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes. If you feel there is not enough liquid on it, you can add more milk or water.
4.) Before the end of the cooking add the sweetener and vanilla extract.
5.) When serving, decorate with our favourite fruits.
