Vegan Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 medium bananas (sliced and frozen)
  • ½ cup of coconut cream (hard top of canned coconut milk)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of maple or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavour
  • 1/3 cup coconut chips or shredded coconut
  • ¼ Cup of mini dark chocolate drops or chopped dark chocolate

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Place the frozen bananas in a knife chopper machine and chop until become crumbly.

2.) Add the coconut cream, maple or agave syrup, vanilla flavour, and chop until becomes creamy.

3.) Then add the coconut chips and the chopped chocolate as well and mix a little bit. It will be creamy.

4.) Take it to a container and leave it in the freezer for approx. 6 hours or all night.

5.) Allow to let melt for a few minutes before consumption so that it can be spooned.

6.) Decorate it.
