- 0.5 kg minced turkey meat
- 1 bunch parsley green
- 2 scallions
- Small pieces of celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon red pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- Iceberg lettuce
- Green onions
1.) Mix the minced meat with the diced onions, grated carrots, and also the grated celery.
2.) Add the red pepper, salt, pepper, garlic granules, marjoram, chopped parsley and thyme.
3.) Preheat the grill, add a little fat, and put the meatballs on it.
4.) Bake it until the meat cake gets a good brown crust.
5.) We put the cut cucumbers and tomatoes on a large leaf of iceberg lettuce.
6.) We lay the meatballs on it.
7.) Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
8.) Sprinkle with homemade ketchup and also homemade mayonnaise-based on need.
