- 2-3 medium zucchini
- 1 kg minced turkey
- 1 onion
- 7 dl tomato juice
- 3 spoons of fat
- 3 carrots
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
1.) Peel the zucchini and slice it with a vegetable peeler. (We leave the seed coat with the seeds.)
2.) Salt the zucchini slices and let stand for about half an hour. Then wash the salt off it.
3.) Chop the onion and carrot in a knife chopping machine.
4.) Fry the diced onions and carrots in a fat.
5.) Once they have steamed, add the minced meat.
6.) Bake together until the meat becomes white.
7.) Add salt, pepper and squeeze the garlic as well.
8.) Add the tomato juice.
9.) Add the oregano and basil.
10.) Boil it.
11.) Spread the 1/3 of the washed zucchini slices in a fireproof bowl as a first layer.
12.) Add half of the minced meat stew on the top.
13.) Sprinkle with grated parmesan.
14.) Another layer of zucchini is added to it, followed by another meaty stew.
15.) Finally, cover with the remained zucchini.
16.) Sprinkle with the remaining grated parmesan.
17.) Bake at 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
