Spicy Fried Spare Ribs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kg pork side
  • 2 dl tomato juice
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup
  • Salt
  • 4 tablespoons fat
  • Water

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix the spices with the tomato juice.

2.) Salt the meat.

3.) Marinate both sides with the spicy tomato juice.

4.) Put in a baking tray and add the fat and half a mug of water.

5.) Cover with aluminium foil.

6.) Bake at 180-200 degrees for 2.5-3 hours.

7.) Serve with salad.
