- 2 eggs
- 70 ml of water
- 10 ml of fresh lemon juice
- 70 g of soft coconut fat
- 180g carbohydrate reduced flour mixture for savory cookies
1.) Mix the eggs with water, lemon juice, and soft coconut fat.
2.) Add the flour and knead it, then put it to rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
3.) Remove from the refrigerator, knead through with a little flour.
4.) If you have a shape for scones then use it or if you don't have then with a glass tear out the scones' forms.
5.) You can sprinkle it with some hard cheese (cheddar, parmesan) or sesame seeds.
6.) Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approx. 25-30 minutes.
