- 3 eggs
- 150 ml water
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- 30 g liquid coconut fat
- 200 g carbohydrate reduced flour mixture
1.) Mix the eggs with the water and the fresh lemon juice and the liquid fat.
2.) Add the flour mixture and mix it with a spoon (or if you can with a kneading stalk) for approx. 2-3 minutes. Try to add in as much air as possible. Rest it for 30 minutes.
3.) After resting, knead it through a surface sprinkled with paleo flour (eg bamboo fiber flour, cassava flour).
4.) Shape your bread as you wish and sprinkle it with tiny flour on the outside to make it home-made and crispy. Finally, cut it in 4-5 places deeper.
5.) Bake it on the bottom-top (without stirring) at 200 degrees for 20 minutes and then at 180 degrees for 45 minutes depending on the oven.
6.) Cool on a grill, only then cut it up!
